  Wasn't bad thus far. Just went in yesterday and only waited 10-15 mins for a customer service representative when there was 2 others in front of me. The card machine was down but the man (Ray) who helped me was very helpful and kind and quick. Only downside was the wait and the card machine being down, but it was a global problem.

  Horrible experience banking here. They set up the wrong account and gave me the wrong card as well. Wasted my whole afternoon and had to go back twice just to have a useless account. They even had the nerve to ask me to comeback a third time when i was already out of the area after thinking i had peace of mind and then realized i was screwed. Not helpful for a cross country customer. I will be closing my account ASAP.
